15:00: city walk starts, led by COC Noordoost-Brabant volunteers
16:30: walk ends, followed by coffee, tea or drinks!
Getting here and parking
Public transport: the BHIC is about a 15-minute walk from ’s-Hertogenbosch railway station. Several bus services also run from the station to the Zuid-Willemsvaart stop, a four-minute walk away.
By car: the BHIC has a visitor car park. The barrier opens automatically when you arrive. Pick up a token at reception to exit the car park. Remember to take it with you!
By bike: park your bike outside the gates. The building and grounds are inaccessible after closing time.
Opening hours and practical information
The BHIC is open Tuesday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00. The building and gates close at 17:00. Take all your belongings with you and leave your bike outside the gates. The city walk is a collaboration between COC Noordoost-Brabant, the Brabants Historisch Informatie Centrum (BHIC) and the Groot Tuighuis, Erfgoed ’s-Hertogenbosch.
To mark COC Noordoost Brabant’s 50th anniversary, a Queer City Walk through ’s-Hertogenbosch was created together with the Brabants Historisch Informatie Centrum (BHIC) and Erfgoed ’s-Hertogenbosch.
